Bright and Cheery!

It felt like a day for a bright and cheery card. The past few days have been filled with Valentines card. So today I sat down with Gina K and her husband Tom and crafted with them. They used an old technique with torn paper.

You simply tear two strips of paper tape them down to your card front. Then you do some ink blending. Remove the paper, stamp or emboss whatever image you like and add a sentiment.

I used Distress Oxide Inks (mown lawn, blueprint sketch and squeezed lemonade). The stamp set is from Gina K Designs and is called Beautiful Butterflies. This set is so versatile. Don’t ask me where the hello die cut came from because I have no idea! Thanks for visiting!!!
